He was predeceased by : his parents, Alex Middleton and Verena Middleton; and his brothers, William and Paul. He is survived by : his wife Lillian; his children, Reid Middleton, Sue Niemi (Joel), Mary Buck and Anne Megis (Shawn); his grandchildren, Olivia Detweiler (Adam), Eric Pearson, Alex Niemi (Krista), Amber Megis, Brittany Megis and Ryan Bean; his great grandchild Eva Bean; and his friends, John, Sheri Elley and Steve Youngren.
