He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Tuttle and Anna Schroeder Tuttle; and his siblings, Betty, Ileene and Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Denice Green; his children, Christy Tuttle of Spokane Valley, Renee Tuttle of Charleston and Christopher Tuttle of Woodstock, Georgia; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Caleb, Luke Tuttle and Jessica Kosobucki; his great grandchildren, Blake and Bentley; and his stepchildren, Adrienne Kojac, Valarie Gill and John Jay Henry.
