Jon Edward Pitts Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jon Edward Pitts (Steptoe, Washington), who passed away on October 24, 2018 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Diane; his parents, Bob Pitts and Esther Pitts of Dusty, WA; and his siblings, Jeff of Priest River, ID and Nancy.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rick Malby (Neva) of Ritzville, WA and Michelle Lortz (Don) of Airway Heights, WA; and his brothers, Steve Pitts (Pam) of Minneapolis, MN and Kim Pitts (Cindy) of Dusty, WA. He is also survived by one nephew; four nieces; and four grandsons.
Finally a special thank you to all the medical staff, nurses and aides at Whitman Health and Rehab, and the East Adams Rural Healthcare who loved and cared for dad like their own family through his final battle with Alzheimer's.
