He is survived by: his parents, Alida Gomez and Jose Peña; his brother Jose Peña (Nichole) of Kennewick, WA.; his close friend Anthony Antrum; his son Majin Vegeta; his nephew Cesar; and his brother Tomas. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, cousins, grandmothers and grandfather.
