He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Albert Arthur and June Bud Cooper; his significant other Mary Adeline (Yax); his brother Leslie; his son David; his grandsons, Adam S. Newton and Paul R. Shoemaker; his children, Alger S Cooper (Barbara), Melody A Cooper, Joy M Santee (Mark), Timothy J Cooper (Diane Chambers), Jane G (Joe McBride), Rosemary L Vallade (David), Teresa I Newton (Randall) and Gary W Cooper (Deborah); his sister-in-law Kathleen Cooper; his niece Patricia; and his nephew Michael. He was also cherished by 40 grandchildren, more then 50 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren and numerous in-laws, friends and extended family.
