He was predeceased by: his parents, Guadalupe Esqueda and Lucia Esqueda; his siblings, Elsie Sandoval, Ernesto Esqueda, Emilia Sandoval and Eugenio Esqueda; and his son-in-law Fidel Partida, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Maria Robles of Glendale, AZ.; and his children, Lucy, Lupe and Edica. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and numerous Nieces and Nephews.
