He is survived by: his uncle Sikke; his mother Helen Leyendekker; and his siblings, Charles, Richard, Sidney, Andrew, Frank, Jenny Freeburg, Ina Honarkhah, Wilma Cobb, Helen Grabner and Arthur Jr.. He is also survived by 400 cousins in Holland and 50 nieces snd nephews.
