She was predeceased by: her father Daniel J. Hart; her grandparents, Keith, Margarette Jo Hart, Maizie A. Abercrombie and Arnold Abercrombie; and her uncle Larry Abercrombie.
She is survived by: her mother Julia Hart (Abercrombie); her sister Rebecca Sustaita (Nick); her sibling's children, Veronica Sustaita (Miguel Lugo), Elizabeth Sustaita and Samuel Sustaita; her great-nieces, Andie Jo and Eva Lynn Sustaita-Galvan; her close friend Shannon Pierce-Murphey (Mark); and her godson Clayton Pierce. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
