She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert and Marilyn Jane Evert (Treest); and her brother Thomas. She is survived by: her significant other Johan Zijlstra; her daughter Jamie Pearson (Kyle); her grandson Landon Pearson of Prosser, WA.; her son Joey Zijlstra of Sunnyside, WA.; her siblings, Steven Evert (Winnie), Daniel Evert of Olympia, WA, Richard Evert of Molalla, OR and Christine Tercier (Louis) of Orcas Island, WA; her half-brothers, John Evert (Theresa) of Detroit, MI and Andrew Evert (Dawn) of Camas, WA; and her stepmother Lorry Evert-Garvin of Yakima, WA.
