He was predeceased by : his wife Marcella F. (Schafer); his parents, Elmer C. and Veva J. (Galusha); his siblings, Janice K. (McAllister), Carl, James A. and Delbert N.; his son-in-law Roger W. Lego; and his pets, Duchess of Maryland, Daisy Dachshund and Senators of Washington.

He is survived by : his siblings, Bernice Piety and William R.; his daughters, Julie M. and Therese K. (Lego); his daughter-in-law Gayle Y. (Hirata); his son Michael A.; his grandchildren, Emily M., Eric W. (Reka) and Shawn M. Lego (Jaime); and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Carina, Shyanne, Sienna, Kaydon, Logan Lego, Izzabella and Joshua Grubb.
