He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his children, David (Karen) and Cheryl (Jim); his grandchildren, Jennifer (Michael) and Greg (Jaime); his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Keaton and Tucker; and his sister-in-law Diane. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's hospital or the Alzheimer's foundation.
