She is survived by: her husband Francis Phillips (Leroy); her children, Leroy Phillips (Shawn), Irene Reyes (Victor), Timothy Phillips (Melody) and Melissa Phillips; and her sisters, Valerie Rand (Glen), Gloria, Elaine Smith (Chet) and Diana Burns (Robert).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chambers Creek Chapel (9221 Chambers Creek Rd W, Tacoma, WA 98467).
