He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Teresa; his children, Dr. Meredith Troy Mann (Peter) of Lincoln City, OR and Dennis Vernon Troy (Kim) of Reno, NV.; his grandchildren, Graham, Bennett, Clara Mann, Neve and Greta Troy; his siblings, Pamela Warnick of Spokane, WA and Bruce Troy (Kim) of Edmond, OK.; and his parents, Lyle Troy and Olive Troy. He was also cherished by his siblings as well as with his extended family and he was an adored son-in-law, brother-in-law, cousin, and uncle.
