He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Blossom and Anna Blossom; and his siblings, Walter "Bud", Hazel Margaret "Peggy" Blossom-Fasbender and Norma Blossom-Olsen.

He is survived by: his wife Marion; his children, Roger, Sharon and Rodney; and his brothers, Robert and Richard. He is also survived by numerous grandkids and great-grandkids and two great-great grandchildren.
