We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2021, at the age of 67, Debra Kay Blain (Tumwater, Washington), born in Torrance, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Dunham and Roberta "Betty" Dunham; her husband Charlie Blain; her daughter Jenna; and her siblings, Patti, Buddy and Douglas. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
