He was predeceased by: his parents, George Coulter and Eunice Coulter; and his daughter Debbie Jewell. He is survived by: his brothers, Gene Coulter, Cliff Coulter and Richard Coulter; his wife Vonda Hicks; and his daughters, Diane Caughlin (Gary), Donna McCann (Jeff) and Denise Swetz (Frank). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren as well as great-grandchildren.
