She was predeceased by: her parents, Milan Arthur and Cora Shuck Musick; her husband Jim; her daughter Kerry Lynn; and her siblings, Larry and Cheryl.

She is survived by: her great-nephews, Alex and Ben; her children, James (Glenda), Thomas (Karen) and Kathleen (Alex); her grandchildren, Vincent, Karlee, Erica, Bruce and Gwen; and her brother Michael (Donna). She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
