He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Lee Clark and George Howitz. He is survived by: his daughter Sabrina Bolieu; his siblings, Caren Chambless, Brent Howitz and Leslie Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Andrea Howitz, Chelsey Howitz, Jenn White, Nathan Chambless, Haylee Reed and Grace Reed.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made in his name to any local homeless shelter.
