With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Mary Popravak of Vancouver, Washington, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 7, 2023 at the age of 80. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Mary Popravak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Casey, Sr. and Elizabeth A. Casey; and her daughter Colleen. She is survived by: her husband Terrence Popravak, Sr.; her children, Terrence Popravak, Jr., Dawn Figlioli, Daniel Popravak, Erik Popravak, Nicholas Popravak and Michael Popravak; and her siblings, Geraldine Residori, William Casey, Jr. of Citrus Springs, FL and Robert Casey of Reno, NV.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Helen attended mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Vancouver until the COVID pandemic and health issues caused her to worship our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ from home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations to honor Helen's memory be made to EWTN Catholic Network or the Humane Society.
