He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Sr and Jack Coggins Sr. (Carol). He is survived by: his spouse Carol Jean Avery; his children, Shawn Duncan (Dave) of Mt. Vernon and John Coggins (Vanessa) of Turner, Oregon; and his sister Corleen Dyer of Denver, Colorado. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
