He was predeceased by: his parents, Valerie Seath and Gene Seath. He is survived by: his siblings, Shannon Seath Meyer of Vashon and Kyle Seath of Boise; and his brother-in-law Michael Meyer. He is also survived by his two nieces and many dear friends.
To honor Tobin and his struggles with substance abuse and mental health issues, the family suggests making a donation to VARSA or Vashon Youth and Family Services.
