He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton F Wheeler, Sr. and Evelyn Garvin Wheeler; his brother Edson; and his stepfather James Gushliak. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Looney (Mayhue); his sons, Frank Wright, Lance Wheeler and Troy Wheeler; his siblings-in-law, Judy Wheeler, Teresa Hastings, Becky Wojcik and James Mayhue; his niece Jeanette Wheeler; and his nephew Edson Wheeler, Jr..

Due to Covid restrictions a memorial service will not be held until we can safely gather to hold a celebration of life.
