With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Bernice Tolley (Walla Walla, Washington), who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Barrett and Wisteria Barrett (Galloway); her husband Mike Tolley; and her sisters, Beverly Moore and Norma Quackenbush.

She is survived by: her brother Gary Barrett. She is also survived by loving family members and close friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Walla Walla Community Hospice.
