It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Carter (Walla Walla, Washington), born in Dayton, Washington, who passed away on August 10, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Lee and Birdie Dell Alcorn (Epperson); her husband Willard; and her siblings, Esther Brodhead, Linda Vail and Charles Alcorn.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela; her son-in-law Michael Turley; her grandchildren, Monica, Kyle Bigham and Michele Turley; her great grandchild Taylor Kay Tiedemann; and also, Thomas E. Carter and Gerry M. Escobar. She is also survived by her children, her nieces and nephews, and close friends.
