It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Harter (Walla Walla, Washington), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Virgil Harter; his brother Glen; his wife Carol Collett Harter; his children, Joni Harter Thurston, Julia Harter, Paul Harter and Thomas Harter; his grandchildren, Brandon, Porter, Brooklynn, Amya and Eli; and his siblings, Don Harter (Shirley), Doug Brown, Dwayne Brown and Debbie Brown Dale. He was also cherished by brothers and a sister and many nephews and nieces.
Donations in Dave's name can be made to the Corpus Christi House in Boise.
