She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Stevens (Vern) and Edna Irene Stevens (Potter); her husband Lewis Colombo; her son Gary L Colombo; her sisters, Evelyn Crestsinger, Shirley St. George and Berneda Reppert; and her son-in-law Terry E Lehan.
She is survived by: her children, Polio, Sandra K Lehan, Deanna L Smith (Edward) and Carol Kendall (David). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
