She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcos Flores and Marcela Flores; and her husband Eduardo Nino. She is survived by: her children, Norma Aguliar (Ricardo), Gloria Perez (Francisco), Velma Reyna (Hector), Barbara Parr (Dennis), Eulalia Navarrete (Felipe), George Nino (Norma) and Eduardo Nino III; and her siblings, Ninfa Flores and Manuel Flores of Edinburg, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Elmira's memory may be made to the Walla Walla Community Hospice or a charity of the donor's choice through the funeral home.
