She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harold "Hallie" and Esther Bales; her husband Raymond L. Phillips; and her half-brothers, Junior Bales and Bob Bales.
She is survived by: her former husband Ray "Buzz" Phillips; her children, Michael, Michelle, Angela, Don Phillips, Mike Phillips (Mary), Shelly Welch (Rob) and Angie Gipson (Ed); and her sisters, Judy Emery (Stewart) and Sheri Conklin (Steve). She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
