She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry T. Overbey and Genevieve G. Hodgman Overbey; her siblings, Ron, Leland, Karl Overbey and Virginia Williams; and her grandson David Locker.
She is survived by: her former husband Conrad B. Foltz Sr.; her children, Conrad B. Foltz Jr and Paula Kay Foltz Merson; her sisters, Patricia Rambo of Greenville, TN and Linda Weaver of Grand Coulee, WA; her grandchildren, Kevin Hobson, Ashley Ellison, Jacob Merson, Jessica Merson and Kim Locker; and her great grandchildren, Kassidy Merson, Braedan Hobson, Wyatt Hobson, Wesley Hobson, Everleigh Merson and Jeffrey Locker.
