He is survived by: his significant other Anita Swan; his daughters, Carrie Rogers and Martie Thomas (Vince); his sisters, Mary Sutliff (John), Kathy Rogers and Alice Gladden (Dwight); his grandchildren, Keltan Fulmer, Ashley Fulmer and Cole Thomas; and his niece Sarah Jantz (Dustin).
