With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Jean (Walsh) Martin (Walla Walla, Washington), born in Osage, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kent and Merle Irene Walsh (Thompson); her husband Richard; her brother-in-law Richard Hegland; her daughter Janice; and her daughter-in-law Marilyn.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Hegland of Ames Iowa; her sons, John Richard Martin and Camron Martin (Ruthlean); her son-in-law Mark Allen of Walla Walla; her grandchildren, Gerrod Allen Martin of Walla Walla, Adam Ian Martin of Walla Walla, Aron Alexander Martin of Walla Walla, Emily Ann Allen of Kennewick and Adam Jeffery Butler of Nevada; her great grandchildren, John Thomas Martin (Victoria), Carter Allen Martin and Nathan Curtis Martin; and her great great grandchild Brently Raelyn Martin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be made to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer's Research Foundation through the funeral home.
