He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his children, Rick (Vickie), Lori Jo, Perry, Mitchell (Trudy) and Tammy; and his grandchildren, Tim, Ambrea, Nicholas, Ashley (Jared), Jimmy, Andrea, Dakota and Michael. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
