He is survived by: his pet Cocoa; his wife Karen Hawks; his former spouses, Khristina and Priscilla Hawks; his siblings, Tom Hawks (Sandy), Wayne Hawks (Linda) and Mary Miskuski; his half-brother Terry Knight; and his stepdaughters, Linne Wagner and Brenda Lockwood.
