He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Neill and Millie Neill; and his siblings, Kenneth Thorson, Gary Neill, Robert Thorson, Dorla Herrin and Donna Harris.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Edevold Lien; his children, Steve, Steven Lien of Bagley, Pamela Sharp of Bagley, Michelle Raiter of Shevlin and Christy Neill of West Virginia; and his sisters, Carol Hromidko and Sharon Trandem. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
