He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline; and his daughter Diana Proctor. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca Mize of Walla Walla and Nola Curry (Bob) of Edmonds, WA; and his son-in-law Kenneth Proctor of Vancouver, WA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
