It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronnie L. Carter (Walla Walla, Washington), born in Yakima, Washington, who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Porter Carter and Lillie Carter (Clinkenbeard); and his siblings, Freda Thompson and Richard Carter. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Carter; his sons, Lance Carter and Matt Carter; his stepsons, Douglas Allison and Dennis Allison; and his brother Billie Ray Carter. He is also survived by three grandchildren, six step grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two step great-grandchildren.
