He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer Johnson and Faye Johnson; his brother Dan; and his wife Patti. He is survived by: his children, Erin, Kristofer, Shelby and Brian; and his grandchildren, Avery, Jack, Riley, Quinn, Harper, Taylor and Carter.
