She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Sr. Cheney and Martha Cheney; her brothers, James Cheney and Richard Cheney Jr.; and her daughter Kim Cruz.
She is survived by: her children, David Simmons (Doris) of Yakima, Wesley Simmons of Kingston, AZ, Rocky Simmons (Laura) of Sunnyside and Jeannie Olivas of Selah; and her sister Edna Perez of Mt Vernon. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Valley Hills Funeral Home (218 W 3rd St, Wapato, WA 98951). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
