He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo Mooney and Pauline Mooney; and his wife Joyce Mooney. He is survived by: his children, Dan Mooney of Wenatchee, WA, Randy Mooney of Wenatchee, WA and Paula Arnold (Randy) of East Wenatchee, WA; his brothers, Dale Mooney (Gayle) of Spokane, WA and Art Mooney (Nancy) of Wenatchee, WA; and his grandchildren, Michael Mooney, Shawna Stancil (Mike), Chris Arnold, Kim Arnold, Kevin Arnold (Michelle), Katie Mooney and Kristin Stoll (Lucas). He is also survived by 12 greatgrandchildren.
