He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Wilsey and Minnie Wilsey; his wife Margaret Kelley (Peggy); and his siblings, Emmitt, Oscar, James, Conrad, John, Wayne, Gail, Ada, Dorris, Louise and Peggy.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas (Ozzie); his children, Jeff Wilsey, Jenny Blase (Dan) and Jill Blankenship (Kevin); his grandchildren, Crystal, Maranda, Aryn and Lauren; and his great grandchildren, Brielle, Rylee, Liam and Archer.
Service to be done by Jones & Jones, on a date yet to be determined due to Covid-19.
