He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Hale and Dorothy Hale; his son Jon; his wife Donna Hale; his siblings, Odin Hale (Arlene), Priscilla Thurber, Marilyn Gratias (Don), Andrew Hale (Virginia), Reuben Hale (Lois), Stephen Hale (Margaret) and Sharon McLaughlin; his children, Janice Johanson (Raymond), Jonathan Hale (Jessica) and Jason Hale (Teresa); his grandchildren, Hannah Johanson, Phebe Markley (Dylan), Benjamin Johanson (Kayla), Rachel Turner (Richy), Elisabeth Marra (Anthony), Naomi Johanson, Samuel Hale, Joel Hale, Seth Johanson, Philip Hale, Esther Johanson, Asa Johanson, Cyrus Johanson, Claudia Hale and Ira Johanson; and his great grandchild Jaxon Markley. He was also cherished by his siblings.
