She was predeceased by: her parents, George Petrak and Lydia Petrak of Quincy, WA.; and her brother Herbert (Clarence). She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Van Velkinburgh (Doug) of Portland, OR and Marina Overen of Cheney, WA. She is also survived by her mother, husband and children.
