He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jaspers and Alta Jaspers; his wife Marcella F Costello; and his sister Marie Williams. He is survived by: his close friend Diane Whitbeck; his children, Patricia Hisayasu (Ray), Stephen Jaspers (Jill) and Colleen Pearson (Kevin); his grandchildren, Wendi Clayson, Brian Pearson, Stacy Bayne, Stuart Jaspers and Olivia Jaspers; and his siblings, Margie Brewer (Mike), Vivian Gregson and Phillip Jaspers (Kate).

A private burial will be held at this time due to the Covid19 restrictions.
