He is survived by : his parents, Robert Box and Joyce Box of Pocahontas; his husband Graham Kerr of Woodinville; his sisters, Becky Baker (Tom) of Pocahontas and Brenda Forthmon (Ronnie) of Benton; his nieces, Shea Helms (Ryan) and Alison Pike; his nephew Derek Pike; his great-nephew Jace; and his great-nieces, Ava, Lillie and Dani.
