He was predeceased by : his sister Sheryl Anne Horvath; and his grandparents, Frank, Helen Horvath, Theodore Moore and Rutha Mae Moore Case.
He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Horvath; his children, Justin Horvath (Jaclyn) and Jena Ryan Horvath (Robie Bundalian); his grandsons, Kye, Ryker and Kaden; his mother LaWanna Horvath; and his siblings, Kimberley Traylor (Michael), Glenn Horvath and Joseph Horvath (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers or plants, the family is requesting contributions be made to K9's for Warriors which is a foundation dedicated to rescuing dogs from high-kill shelters and creating service dogs to help our veterans in need.
