He was predeceased by: his sister Madeline Ranchuck (John). He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Thibert; his children, Steven Thibert and Tammy Thibert; his brother Ron Thibert (Donna); his grandchild Maguire Smale; his pet Hope; and his friends, Ted Grummett and Lonnie Tellier. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made on his behalf to Bladder Cancer Canada.
