He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Anne Appelhof and Benjamin Siekawitch; and his brother Timothy Siekawitch. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Casey and Sarah; and his stepmother Ellen Siekawitch. He is also survived by three Granddaughters with a Grandson.
A graveside service was held on Friday, June 13th 2025. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Siekawitch Home.
