He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Thomas Brown and Letha Elaine Cromwell (Smith); and his brother Kenneth Ray Brown. He is survived by : his siblings, Mark Brown (Paula) of Yakima, WA, Vincent Brown of Pasco, WA, Kevin Brown (Helga) of Anchorage, AK and Kellie Cromwell of Richland, WA; and his sister-in-law Jackie Brown of Pasco, WA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
