He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Cardenas and Sofia Cardenas; his brothers, Rafael and Concepcion Cardenas; and his son Antonio Cardenas.
He is survived by: his wife Carmen Munoz Hernandez; and his children, Jess Cardenas, Jaime Cardenas, Jorge Cardenas, Juan C. Cardenas, Jesus H. Cardenas, Maria L. Cardenas, Jackie Cardenas, Gina Cardenas, Maricruz Cardenas, Lala Cardenas and Oscar Cardenas.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home & Crematory - Moxee (500 Prospect Rd, Moxee, WA 98936). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Cathedral (15 S 12th Ave, Yakima, WA 98902). A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (1405 S 24th Ave, Yakima, WA 98902).
