He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Woodkey and Evelyn Woodkey. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Newby; his sons-in-law, Eric and Kelly; his daughters, Janell Coons (Kelly) and Julie Stanfield (Eric); his siblings, Donna Dinsmore (Ron), Susan Roster and Dale Woodkey (Jennifer); and his granddaughters, Samantha, Rylee, Jessica, Mikayla, Sydnee and Alexa.
